This policy explains what information Lifeline Billing Solutions, Inc collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated: June 5, 2026.

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), practice or company name (optional), the type of inquiry, and your message. When you visit the site, our hosting provider and any analytics tools may automatically collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL.

2. No Protected Health Information (PHI)

This website is a marketing and informational site. It is not a channel for submitting patient records or Protected Health Information. Please do not include any patient PHI in the contact form. All client PHI is handled separately through HIPAA-compliant, encrypted systems governed by signed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).

3. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and provide the consultation or information you request;
  • Communicate with you about our services;
  • Maintain, secure, and improve our website.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers, who process data only as needed to deliver their function:

  • FormSubmit — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
  • Google Maps — displays our office location (embedded map).
  • Google Fonts — serves the website's typography.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. Cookies and tracking

The site uses minimal cookies. If analytics is enabled, it may set cookies to measure usage in aggregate. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so will not affect your ability to use the site.

We retain contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for reasonable business and legal record-keeping, after which they are deleted.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable measures.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing.
